You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another web site, or in any other way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part without the specific permission of Did U Know Limited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of any proprietary Did U Know Limited characters such as The 'Did U Know? Learn something new on your birthday animals range' on any website, in e-mails, or in other media without express written permission from Did U Know Limited.

How we like to do business

• If you would like to do business with us we will ask you to complete a credit application form. You should be aware that our nice accountants will use a credit-checking agency to verify you or your business credit worthiness
• No order is too small as long as its over £50.00 ex VAT
• Delivery is free for orders above £100 ex VAT. A £7.50 delivery charge is made on all orders below this figure. (UK mainland only)
• We like to sell our cards in dozens however, we will sell in half dozens if requested
• A variety of spinners are available at a subsidised rate. Contact our sales department for details
• We have a national network of sales agents and we can arrange a visit on request. You can place your order with our agent or direct with our sales office
• We use a next day delivery service and dispatch within 48 hours of order receipt

How we like to be paid and the legal stuff

• Payment terms are strictly within 30 days of invoice
• Our prices are charged at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch
• VAT at the standard rate is charged on all goods and delivery
• Title to goods supplied remains with Did U Know Limited until your account is paid in full
• You must tell us of any shortages, damage etc., in writing, within 7 working days of the date on the delivery note
